The work was well explained and done well.

The representative was very friendly. I did, however, feel that communication was poor. Phone calls often went unanswered, and the process was delayed without explanation.

I assume this is the same person as in previous question.

Once the job was scheduled, it seemed well done. We haven't had any problems since then.
