This home, located in Cornelius, NC, was damaged by a recent storm. After being denied by her insurance company, saying that her roof was fine, the customer contacted us. We went out, inspected her roof, and verified that the roof was damaged by a recent storm and was in need of replacement. We requested a 2nd opinion, at which time the insurance company assigned a new adjuster. We met with the second adjuster, who agreed with us and indicated that they would replace the entire roof.
The previous shingles on the roof were a 20-25 year, three tab shingle which were completely removed. The customer decided to upgrade her roof so we installed an Owens Corning Duration Tru-def (Lifetime Shingle) in Williamsburg Gray.
The house looks fantastic and is now leak free!
The homeowner contacted us with concerns that a recent storm had damaged their shingles. Our representative went out to asses the damage to the home, and recommended that the homeowner have a roof tune up to repair the damage from the wind.
The home owner called us with a concern about a few shingles that had come off of the roof. When our representative went out to inspect the concern, they found that there was a small patch of shingles missing, but that we could fix it quickly and simply. the homeowner was pleased that we were able to match the shingles, and were able to get it the work completed quickly.
The homeowner contacted us in regards to a leak in one of the skylights. We found that the skylights were very old and in need of replacement and could not be repaired. We installed 2 Velux Deck mounted skylights and 2 flashing kits. Owens Corning shingles Williamsburg gray shingles were installed and Ice & Water Shield to provide a watertight seal around skylights.
Mr. and Mrs. Norris contacted us because the knew it was time to replace their roof and they where looking to get any issue resolved before it became a problem. Thankfully there where not any leaks showing inside; even though, we did encountered some rotted decking when we replaced the roof.
The Norris family decided to go with one of the most popular shingle colors in the market the Duration Williamsburg Gray shingle by Owens Corning along with new gutters and trim work wow this home looks amazing.
