Roof Replacement Photo Album: Dallas, NC New Roof and Gutter project

This customer had recently purchased the home. The roof was not installed with the proper openings for the ridgevent to work properly which caused the shingles to age prematurely and blister. As a result we replaced the roof and addressed a problem area at the chimney. As you can see from the photos, the chimeny was very large and there was no cricket to divert the water around the chimney. Ta da we installed one and there has been no more leaks in this area. We also installed new gutters (black) which turned out awesome and gutter covers.
