Roof was an old 3 tab 25 yr shingle that we replaced with an Limited Lifetime Oakridge Estate Gray color shingle.

Concord, NC experienced severe weather. Roofs were damaged by high winds causing leaks in homes. 

This roof was damaged by hail and RoofRoof assisted the homeowner with the insurance claim process. The homeowner chose a 130mph wind rated Duration Shingle in the Williamsburg Gray color. In addition to the Duration shingle with Surenail technology, we installed Owens Corning Rhino synthetic underlayment, Weather lock mat in the valleys, Ridgevent and drip edge at the eaves and rakes of the home. The home and the roof looks fantastic! 

This property had an old worn out roof and gutter system. The property owner chose a Duration Chateau Green Shingle and a Sherwood Green Gutter system. 

What a difference it made to the curb appeal of this property.
