The home owner contacted Roof Roof when they noticed that a leak had started damaging their ceiling. Jorge quickly found the source of the leak, realizing that one of the pipe vents had been installed without a water and ice shield. Sometimes big problems can be solved by the simplest of solutions. we were able to install the water and ice shield, as well as tuning up the flashing on their chimney, just to prevent any leaks there as well.

The homeowner reached out to us with a concern about a leak in the back right corner of their home. We had already worked with this homeowner in the past, and they were eager for us to assist on this new project. We found the source of the leak, and were able to quickly and efficiently repair the leak for the homeowner.

This roof had an old worn out plumbing boot causing an interior leak. 

The boot was in need of replacement and we also installed an addition boot to double the life of the boot. 

This property was affected by recent severe weather and we informed the customer that the roof was in need of replacement due to the Hail Damage on the shingles. We met the insurance company at the property and they agreed with our findings and paid for a complete roof. The homeowner chose to upgrade their shingle in hopes of being better prepared for the next storm and choose an Owens Corning Oakridge Tru def shingle in the Twilight Black color. Look incredible and comes with a 110mph wind rating.
