Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Before and after pictures of an Owens Corning architectural Williamsburg Gray fiberglass shingle roof in the south Charlotte are. This old white 3 tab 25yr shingled roof was replaced with an Owens Corning Oakridge Harbor Blue colored shingle. Owens Corning Vent Sure Ridgevent was also used to properly venitlate the attic and keep the shingles from blistering and curling due an unproperly ventilated atic

This Charlotte home need a full roof replacement due to the age of the original roof. The customer chose Owen's Corning Oakridge shingles in Onyx Black for the finished product.

This Charlotte, NC home had a 20+ year old shingle that was worn out. The home owner choose an Owens Corning Oakridge Tru Def Williamsburg Gray colored shingle and it looks terrific!

This project began as a roof inspection. During the inspection, we found evidence of hail damage, and we recommended that the roof be replaced. The customer contacted thier insurance company, which we met, and they agreed that the roof was in need of being replaced due to the damage that was found. We replaced the ventilation, which consisted of power fans, ridgevent, all flashings, plumbing boot covers, and the shingles. We installed an Owens Corning Duration shingle with Surenail technology. The color that the customer chose was Driftwood.
